The End of March

This month was full of

Hiking up and down Enchanted Rock and Cross Mountain,

#rebels

stargazing,

dissecting frogs, which wasn't as gross as I thought it would be?? In fact, it was really easy, like peeling wallpaper off a wall. The hardest part was locating and identifying everything, my lab partner and I struggled a bit with that.

So, for anyone who is going to perform the infamous frog dissection for bio soon or in the future, relax. It's pretty simple, the hardest part is finding the heart.

This beautiful view that I was blessed to see while running, so, of course, I had to stop for a second and snap a picture on my phone. :P

Walking into my room and seeing that this smol bean made himself at home.

What an adorable mess.

A LESSON I LEARNED:

How to parallel park:

-park somewhere else.

Weird close-ups of my face because why not?

I'm also going to a women's retreat this month, but I haven't gone as of writing this and since I'll be at the retreat during the last week of March. I want to publish this before so I have an excuse to not post anything for the last week of March and take a (needed) break.

So, I might just include it in next month's if I get any pictures. :P

How was your March, friend?

  1. “How to parallel park: park somewhere else” —> MY LIFE. I cannot figure out how to parallel park for the life of me, so I just find somewhere else. It’s not worth the hassle. XD

Have a good retreat! (And also - beautiful photography! Your skills are really improving!)

my march was honestly kinda boring- school, sports, theatre, stressing over high school, injuring myself at lacrosse practice, repeat. at least one good thing about this month was i started working on my novel and i already have 2.5k words down.

  5. My March was -- look I don't remember my March, IT'S GONE TOO QUICKLY 😭😭 I started writing a new novella and stressed out over school and stressed out over my novella and got obsessed with a webcomic last week and uhh... I guess other stuff?? That I can't remember right now? Did March even happen or was it all an illusion. 😐😂

Sounds like you had a pretty good month tho, and I loved all these photos! Seriously, your nature photography is so good!! 🤗

  14. Beautiful pictures. My family is going to the cherry blossoms in DC soon, so I'm looking forward to that. March was one of those months where I didn't get a lot done, except for editing. So pluses and minuses.

  15. The worst part about parallel parking: the witnesses.

But there aren't any, if you're bad enough at it....

Loved your pictures!! (And that hike---beautiful!!! I love hiking!!!)

  18. I'm glad I wasn't the only person who had a hard time locating the innards of the frog. Like, none of this looks like the thing on the slides.

But YES! to the whole parallel parking thing. In my town, it's not even a thing to worry about. You just kind of drive into a space. They're hardly ever taken up. They don't even have it on the driving test.

My March was kinda mediocre. I watched a drama which was pretty much the most exciting thing. I'm hoping to read a heck lot more soon next month.
